I've purchased a couple of things from them. Once I bought a ladder and it took 3 months to come in. That sucked.
I just bought a TV from them and was wondering if their "estimated delivery" date is accurate? They said Jan. 8-11 shipping and Jan. 14-21 delivery. If not, and I had to wait several weeks, then I'd cancel the order and get it somewhere else, even though they're the cheapest price.
Question #2 Do they price match other sites or stores if I find a lower price?
#3 Do they have a policy where if you see the price cheaper within 30 days and let them know, they'll refund the difference or something?
The "contract" I have with them is $485 LESS than what they're advertising now for the same TV!! wtf? lol I hope they honor this thing. I checked their site THE NEXT DAY and it was that much more! hmmm
