Hey guys, like the subject says I have a few questions about these two products. I first did a search but could not find many answers to some of the things I'm unsure about...
1) I'm planning on taking ALA w/Creatine together with 1-AD, is this a good/bad idea? If bad, why?
2) I have seen people complain about "shutting down" after a cycle of 1-AD. Excuse the ignorance but what exactly does that mean? Also, how can I take steps to prevent it from happening?
3) Since this will be my first time taking 1-AD (taken creatine once before), I plan on only doing 3-4 pills a day for 6 weeks... Then taking 4 weeks off and repeating if I'm pleased with the results. Is that an acceptable cycle? Or should I lesson the dosage and length of time seeing that this would be my first cycle?
4) Anyone know of any sites online that will accept Canadian Credit cards?
If anyone can answer any of these questions I'd really, really appreciate it. Thanks for reading...
