Question

I typically work out from 12:30 am - 2 am. Sleep till 11:00 am. Is this hurting my training, I still get eight hours, and 1hr and half to train so I just wanted to hear some opinions.

Thanks

As far as I know that would not hurt your training. You are getting plenty of sleep, I don't think it matters when you get that sleep.

That shouldnt matter much, here is a question, are you eating after workout? Then going to sleep? It is ok just make sure you get your after workout nutrition.....

I just usually have a protein shake before i got to bed. There is minimal fat/carbs, about 42 grams of protein per shake. Is this sufficient, I dont want to eat a huge meal b4 i go to bed cause i hear it turns to fat.

Thanks

I've done it and still grew..jeez I've trained at all times and never got hindered as long as the food kept coming and got enough sleep.

You still need carbs post work-out, whether you are going to bed or not. believe me if you are working out hard, eating a post workout meal with carbs and going to bed it will NOT turn to fat. It would be very beneficial for you to do so.....
