Time ON + PCT = Time off

Time off starting after PCT.

But everybody has a different view.

Once PCT ends, "time off" begins.

to conclude then

If you do a 12 week cycle and 4 week PCT = 16 weeks.
Then next cycle must be at least 16 weeks apart for safest measure.
