Question on transdermal delivery ??

Since we all know fina can be used transdermally with isopropanol or DMSO, what about using other compounds the same way.

Animal advocates the use of yohimbine HCL transdermally with DMSO and he also believes tyramine would work too.

In the now defunct "Dirty Dieting" it was suggested that injecting yohimbine sub-q follwed by high intensity short duration cardio on an empty stomach would cause localized fat breakdown.

My question is has anyone tried a transdermal solution of tyramine & yohimbine ?

Is there any reason this would not work? I.E. too large a molecular weight or a cross reaction between Isopropanol and tyramine/yohimbine?

has any one tried tyramine+yohimbine HCL orally??

Thanks, great info on that thread- think I'll try transdermal test

but I would like more info on using tyramine and isopropanol as the agent.

I remember some old posts saying phlojel did not react well with PGF2a also isopropanol is cheaper and can be put into a sprayer

so if anyone wants to put in their $.02 please do so

Isopropanol is the carrier used in Biotest's Androsol, which is also the carrier for Brock Strassers's finasol formula

Since Androsol sucks, I just want to use straight 99%isopropanol for my carrier.

I believe PGF2a is poorly absorbed through the skin so I want to increase that if possible - The injections hurt too much in the calves and if you do the abs - instant evacaution of the bowels


Tyramine is supposed to cause a huge Nor-epinephrine release when combined with Yohimibine HCl (animal says 1600% greater) He advises searching medline for the effects of nor-epinephrine on fat cells


I know several sources sell Tyramine (its legal actually) but no one has posted any results

I would love some first hand experiences, also experiences with transdermal test propinate
