Question on Tanning Lotions

I've never used a tanning lotion before, so I have a few questions concerning how to apply it and the results you get.

Firstly, what is the best stuff to use to get a NATURAL looking tan?

Secondly, where do I get it?

Thirdly, how do I apply it? Does the tanning lotion make your palms tan? How do you avoid getting spots without a tan in hard to reach spots (i.e. your back)?

Fourthly, do you apply the tanning lotion to your face? Or do you have to get a separate kind of lotion to apply to your face?

Finally, how often do you have to apply the tanning lotion to maintain your tan?
