If T4 is just a prodrug. And it converts to the potent T3. Then what is T4 good for? Does it have ANY use at all in the body?
Also, I'm taking 50mcgs day. How should I take it? One tab in the morning? The other at Noon? Or break them up and take it half a tab every 4 hours? Take them all before bed?
Read somewhere where some guy was taking one and a half tab in the morning. And a half a tab before bed.
