Question on some foods

Pickles.

I eat a couple pickles a day and often mix relish in with my tuna.

Anyone know if these are good or bad for clean mass diets?
 
im not american but I understand relish is a bunch of pickles, and some other spices and often contains syrups or simply sugar to add sweetness.
find nutritional info at cyberdiets.com and evaluate your situation there.
 
Low carbs and a source of sodium. If you're restricting sodium intake, be mindful of their contribution.
 
Diamond dice clay... every post I ever read of yours has something to do with carbs. EVERY SINGLE POST the word CARB. Do you have a carbohydrate fetish?:confused:
 
I agree w/ Dude...very high in sodium, but other than that a pickle is just a cucumber designed to last forever.:D
 
when bulking pickles are good because of the sodium they have in them. sodium helps you to retain water, which is what you need when you are bulking. Just be carefull of you sodium intake, don't take to much. I'm not sure what the daily recomendation for sodium is but I'd check it out if I were you.
