Question on raising my dose..

Im currenty running just 250mg Test E ew. I am wanting to raise the mg dose too 500. I have been on 7 weeks now and plan on running thru 12 weeks. When should I take the 500mg??
All on my day I do now or would I benefit more by splitting two shots on different days>?
I hit every wed, now.
 
every wed. is fine for that test, its a long acting ester. Is this your first cycle? what is your age, height, weight and training experience? depending on the answers to those question 250mg a week might be just fine.

24yrs old Second cycle : First was 3 years ago of sus250 only and 8weeks and grew and kept nearly everything after PCT. I am just wanting to put some more mass on and I feel that I can handle to dose. I honestly feel like I have hit a little platue. I am taking in 200+ grams of protein along with 300-3500 cals everyday. NO CARDIO
 
You need to be taking in more protein. 200g for a 180lb dude is not enough when on a cycle. You should taking in close to the 300 mark.

Youre the exact size I am. You could stand to raise it to 500mg for 6 or 7 more weeks if you have enough. I would raise protein to 275-300grams a day also. Im intaking that much and im not even on cycle. gotta get the protein bro
 
Yeah I figued I was low on the protein. Honestly I have been in some financial problems lately with even grocery money. lol Fortanatly I have a closet full of whey protein so Ill have to start having more shakes; I just try my hardest to actually nourish myself with actual food as much as possible but being young broke and in school again is a little tough to afford absoloutely everything you need. But yeah I have plenty of quality test e. on hand now I have been wondering if i should split the dosages or not. I have hitting every wed morning with 22g 1'' glutes now.
 
500mg is a great dose for test enanthate. i didnt notice much difference when i upped it to 750, then to 1gram of test a week. 500 seems to be my magic number. keep protein at 1.5grams per pound of bodyweight. a little less is ok, but like everyone else sed, 300 grams would be a good place to start, if you can eat more, then go for it.
