hey whats up guys. ok so i have not used gear in a while and my blood pressure is 145 over 80 and am only 20 years old. so how long so you guys think i should stay off gear for am kind of scared about this shit well let me know what you guys think ttyl guys and thanks

Stay away from very salty diet and too much alcohol.
You may have a poisitive family history.
One reading may be misreading.

Keep checking it. Usually steroid induced hypertension is a result of excess water retention. Stay away from salt, Lonetree was right on.

If you havent used anything in a long while, your BP might just be naturally high. Usually the doc will classify you as having high BP if you have 3 high readings in a row. I would keep measuring your BP at home and if it remains high see a doc. The doc can prescribe something to bring it down, and this way you will be safe to go on a cycle later on if you desire. I am on an ACE inhibitor now for high bp and it works great.

you should wait until you get some years of lifting under your belt before using steroids. And research tons also. 20 is too young to start. I'd wait until your 23-25 before going down that road. Your body is still growing until your 23. Less water and more cardio will bring down your bp. Also run 400-800 mgs of magnesium caps per day for about a month or so and see if it changes. Magnesium will help pull water out of your system and so will calcium (it will make you sweat more). 2 much magnesium will give you the runs so becareful. I'm at 400 ed.

145/80 is ok especially if you work out. The lower number is right on and the upper number is a little high but again, normal if you work out. if you are prone to it being higher then either stay away from gear that holds water or take a beta blocker like toprol ect...
