Question on Flax dosage.

How much of flax should I take with my protein shake before bed? Is it ok to take a powder version like the one protein factory sells? Of should I stick to oil?
 
BTW, I like adding Flax to my nighttime protein shake. Makes it thick and I know that this will slow digestion down But is Flax a good idea to use during a cutting phase? And what a bulking phase?
 
Yes, flax and olive oil are good fats during a cutting phase...in moderation of course. I typically use 2 table spoons in a big no carb shake.
 
sure thing...it'll help slow the digestion of your shake...besides, a tbsp or two isn't really that much fat anyway.
 
yeah! I add it to my nighttime shake at just 1 teaspoon. I like the way it makes it thcker and adds a bit more flavor. Should i take a full tablespoon of it? What is it's main purpose besides slowing down digestion and fiber?
