question on duration of cycle?

how long should i stay on gear(max and min), i am a novice, and i will be running arimidex with cycle. a friend told me depends on how long i diet, although he is a comp. bodybuilder, is this true?

It depends on your goals and what you are using.

Me personally I prefer 10 to 12 weeks when I run Tes and Deca, but oral cycles should be much shorter or to kick off a injectable cycle

i am running eq, sus, fina and arimidex. goal to get shredded!

With what you are using, i would run your cycle like this:

Week 1-10 Sust @ 250-500mg/week
Week 1-10 EQ @ 400mg/week
Week 5-12 Fina @ 75mg ED or EOD


I wouldn't run your cycle longer that 12 weeks unless your actually dieting down for a competition (which i don't think you are!!). Good luck with the cycle bro!
