question on diet soda's

i had a diet soda that contained 5% fruit jiuce, 14kj per 100g. it also had ingredience such as sucarose...what does this mean? Is it still ok to have? or is it a 'hidden carb' drink?

yes, there are a few carbs

fruit jiuce => fructose
sucrose = fructose + dextrose

not much though....

14 kJ = 3.34 kcal, very little to worry about. One quart of this stuff only contains about 35 kcal of carbs

Hey, here's a thread I can participate in!
I love Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi....I was never a real cola drinker years ago, but, if I did, it was Reg. coke......then, I wanted to cut back on caffeine and sugar and up here in Canada, we can't get Caffeine Free Diet Coke........so now I'm a bonafied C.F.D. Pepsi drinker

I love the grapefruit crystal light. Way better than the lemonade. If you needed an actual serious answer as to what it is, it's just low cal powdered drink mix, comes in lemonade, different flavors of iced teas, fruity flavors like strawberry tangerine, etc.

I've been drinking it since I was like 7, it's the only lemonade my grandma had when we'd go swimming in the summers, sugar free kool aid is pretty much the same thing and comes in fruit punch which is good. But I hate how much it stains stuff.
