Question on Cycle and Weight Loss

I have been a competitive powerlifter for 14 years and have been using steroids for 8 years. My cycles will usually last for 10-16 weeks.

Here is my current 10 week cycle for an upcoming meet:
Weeks 1-10: 400mg/week Equipoise
Weeks 1-5: 500mg HCG 2x week
Weeks 1-5: 500mg/week Test Enanthate
Weeks 1-5: 0.5mg eod Arimidex
Weeks 1-3: 25mg/day Dianabol
Weeks 4-7: 50mg eod Test Propinate
Weeks 6-10: 1000mg Test Enanthate
Weeks 6-10: 1mg eod Arimidex
Weeks 8-10: 30mg Halotestin
Weeks 9-10: 100mg/day Suspension

I realize this is a heavy cycle but I need to loose some weight during it. I am also not the stereotypical powerlifter (i.e. short and chunky). My bodyweight is currently 242 pounds, 6 feet tall and am 33 years old. My goal weight is 220 at weigh in which is 48 hours before I actually compete this would allow me to put back on ~ 12-15 pounds before I lift. I usually compete in the 242 pound weight class and it has been awhile since I have had to drop to 220.

I would like to loose ~ 1 pound a week which would get me to about 232. I could then loose the last 10-12 pounds by dropping water weight. My plan is to do cardio for 20 minutes 3xweek and eat somewhat clean (i.e. no junk food or fast food).

To those of you with experience does what I have planned out look good or does anybody have any other ideas. Should I maybe add clenbuterol into the cycle? I am just worried about the test making me keep my weight on which is necessary to use to keep the strength gains up.
