You could try it and see how it works for you. I've never bothered trying it though, I just do 'em separately.

I mix oil and water all the time, no problems here...

you can mix gear and inject with no problems, be it oil and oil or oil and water. The only limit you will have is that you shouldn't inject more than 3cc's into the glute at one time.

I'm presently mixing 1cc spectro winny with 1 cc spectro prop, it mixes kinda strange but works just fine

it doesn't really mix but they are still im injefcts and are going to the same place... no reason not to do it... just go slow with the actual inject.
