T TxLonghorn High End Bro Platinum Jul 13, 2001 #3 Well, from experience, I can tell you it helps 'a little', but nothing like arimidex. When you start retaining water like your about to have your period, winny ain't gonna do jack. The only thing that will help is arimidex/liquidex.
