Right. Nsaid's will help. Heat them up with a pad or a jacuzzi or a hot bath. After you do that, stretch them a little by sitting on the floor with one leg out and the other like you were to be crossed legs...you foot to your opposite leg......Bend forward slightly at the waist toward the leg that is bent. Make sure your hips are warm before you do this.
Honestly, they should feel better tomorrow, but if you want to do something to try and help recovery you can. When we squat wide it takes it toll on the hips, but the pain goes away after a day or so.
