Question for you PC gamers

I just bought Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell for a friend's birthday gift. I've read reviews on it and so far it's rated at 9.1+. Has anyone played it yet? Are the graphics and sounds realistic like the reviews say? I bought him a few DVDs too, incase the game does bomb, but I'd kind of like to think I picked a good one. Did I?

I haven't played on PC, but on game console, it was badass. I'm sure he'll love it. Usually the games are better on PC because they are able to make the graphics more realistic.

it's pretty realistic. it was a bit too slow paced action for me and i never finished it tho

yeah it's real technical. you have to go slow and stealth mode and shit. it's not your average first person shoot 'em up. it requires a lot of strategy.

Hmmm, well I'll hold onto the receipt just incase. He likes games that are more like Call of Duty or SoCom. Thanks for the info guys.

Despite my concern the game was a hit! We all stayed up late playing. The graphics are awesome.

I really liked it. Its great on the pc also.

you need heaps of patience for that game. pissed me off.
