question for those who drink winny

i have used winny with several cycles, however, i have always injected it. this cycle i feel like a pin cushion so i am going to drink the winny. my question is what do you drink it with? mixed with water, juice,etc?

get gel caps, fill them up and swallow. That way none dribbles down your chin.

Supposedly it work better, or is more effective, when consumed with Grapefruit Juice.

I love the stuff. (No Kidding). Don't chase it with anything. And the results are awesome.
