Question for Mr.X

Hey bro I'm doing a ckd for 2 weeks and the fat is burning off. Heres the deal though
I'm on my last 4 weeks of a test deca cycle and only have 2 weeks left till I start clomid.
Should I abandon the ckd when I start clomid?
What type of diet should I switch to if so?
How many calories ?
I don't want to lose muscle but at the same time don't want to gain a bunch of fat either.

Stay on CKD until the end of the cycle, and run it post cycle to help combate some catabolism (Ketones are protein sparing, so it can help the muscle loss overall). I would also say that adding nolva and some armidex post cycle will do wonder for you. Also, I would recommend doing a bridge w/ dbol (10mg ED) or Anavar (15mg ED).

You will not lose muscle if you come of right, no matter the diet. However, the caloric intake should be at least at BMR. (weight x 12)

thanks Mr. X. Will do and have been on the liquidex throughout this cycle already, will add the nolva in there post cycle. As for the bridge, sounds real good, thanks for the info.
 
Okay Mr. X everything is going well. Almost through 5 weeks of my Ckd. Started at 205 down to 190 but have lost nothing on my arms or chest which I measure everyday. The d-bol bridge is there along with liquidex and nolva, but my question is this, do you think I would benefit from clenbuterol? Also I still cannot see abs yet but I can feel them not to far down. Keeping calories around 2200 to 2300. Will I eventually have to cut these drastically to get really ripped? stats are waist now 32 down from 35 and 1/2. arms holding at 17 and chest holding at 46. 6 feet tall quads are 24 calves are only 15.

Clen might help...but a better combo is: Yohimburn/NYC/ECA/T3
will give you WAY! more results then clen
