I let a friend of mine play around on the EF boards, she saw the pictures of you, you posted some before and after pics. She has been training for a little while, and she wants to know: how did you tone up your lower back?

I appreciate the help.
 
Hey... sorry I haven't checked the women's board in awhile. Here's my back routine:

Goodmornings 5x5
Assisted Pull-up 2x10
DB Row (sometimes BB Row) 2x10
DB Shrugs 2x10
Weighted Back Extension 2x10

On leg day squats 5x5 and SLDLs also hit my back... 2x10.
