This is nothing more than corporate bullying on their part. Can you imagine the GM corporation threatening a Ford enthusiast website because someone posted something bad about GM? It is outrageous that they want the identities of members of elite who have said something bad about muscle tech! If I were you and the members listed in muscle tech's letter, I would counter sue the hell out of them for harassment! Good luck to you in this battle!

The problem is that even though their lawsuit would be dismissed, we still have to pay lawyers to make this happen. You guys are already doing your part by supporting the site as Platinum members. Please help me bring more members into the Platinum fold.

I was actually thinking of canceling my platinum membership but I now see that you need all the help you can get so I am not going to.
BTW - It's not cause I don't use it, it's just that I could put the money elsewhere, I will continue being a member though to help fight these dopes. Plus I've learned so much in the past 7 months that $12 a month is the least I could do. Good Luck.

We were not held responsible, but had to consult with our attorney -- $$$. They too requested personal information on you guys that we refused to provide. They also threatened to subpoena it, but never did.
