I have configured PC with correct IP info.
I have verified this with my laptop. The IPs are correct and working.
When I configure my PC with these IPs, I am getting packet loss when attempting to ping out.
I have DSL. Are there any issues with the OS that you guys are aware of, or any settings that could cause this packet loss?
Is there an easier way to isolate issue down to the OS, or a card in the PC, other than installing another OS and attempting to ping out?
