No it was 3 weeks on 3 weeks off

No real science behind this, I didn't really follow much of a protocol, I wasn't really training or eating right, back when I had sleep apnea problems. It wasn't really 3on 3 off all the time althought I did settle on that after trying, 3 on 4-5 off, 2 on 2 off...etc.

The goal was to perserve some muscle mass, and overall it worked well for me.

Did I get shutdown, Not really, no nut shrinkage.

I would shot a tiny bit of HCG here and there with a quarter mg of arimidex.

I just went with how my body felt

I ended up getting puffy nipples. I thought it was fat at first since I blew up to 270-290 but it looks like my prolactin was extremely high because of sleep apnea

Yup, it was ugly.

Sleep apnea: No real sleep, I was getting 10 secs of REM sleep a night, lack of Oxygen

No sleep/oxygen: No calorie burning, no Night Time GH release, low test levels, high estrogen, high prolactin, slow metabolism.

Junk Food/No activity: makes it 10X worse.

A real vicious circle
 
i need to get tested to rule out any sleep disorders. how did you know you had something wrong? felt tired throughout the day?

I woke up one night with what I thought was a mild heart attack, I heard a pop in my chest I couldn't breathe and I had shoting pain from my chest to my wrists, couldn't form a fist. Worse feeling ever, I just paced around my bedroom. I'm in my 20's not suppose to have heart attacks.

I have that stupid "tough it out attitude".

All the signs were there, I would turn blue when I went to sleep, snoring more like suffocating, my feet would turn blue when I was awake from the lack of oxygen in my body.

I was completely useless. Putting my shoes on was a nightmare, walking around was difficult. I would fall asleep everywhere, even on the toilet.

I wasn't really eating more than usual but I managed to pack on 40-50 lbs in a few months.

They did an EKG on me, every test and then a sleep study.

My case was so bad, the chief of medicine who only has 10 or so very bad patients took my case. He looked at my chart and said it was amazing what the human body can endure. He's using my case as a study at the university. It's like a miracle of science to them or something. My resting heartrate at the time was 144.

I'm suppose to be dead.

Yes, after using it for 2-3 weeks, I dropped close to 30lbs. Mostly water.

I love it, I don't mind using it although the straps give me bad acne on my face and a mild rash on my neck. so I need to pay attention to washing my face more often.

They started me out at the 16th setting...the maximum is 20. Average is 8.
 
Thanks BA69, I have another question.
I added cynomel to my cycle a few months ago. Started at 12.5 and ramped to 75 after about 2 and a half weeks I decided it was a bad idea to have done this, but I was cutting and didn't want to start dealing with a slow metabolism. Also I was starting var which is thyroid suppressive. So I kept it at 25 mcg (replacement dose). I am off cycle now( still @ 25 mcg), it has been a few months. Am I screwed? Should I ramp down, stop completely, use some T4 in small doses, or if I stay on 25 mcg for until I go back on cycle (which is what I want to do) in a few months, do you think I am risking permanant thyroid shutdown? I figure when i go back on cycle my metabolism will be cranked up again. I just don't want to gain a bunch of post-cycle fat.
 
Ramp down to 12.5mcg stay at that dose for a bit and add 2-3 g of L-tyrosine.

Swicth your carb/protein/ratio, to a higher carb/lower protein/LOW fat diet

Start HIGH intensity cardio, 15mins-20mins at 85% max heart rate,

Permanent thyroid shutdown, VERY unlikely. Remember some Pros who fuck up there thyroids are on 250-300mcg of T3 ED for long periods of time
