Question for anavar users!!!

How do you take your anavar? Do you take it all at once in the morning or do you divide it up? What has given you the best results. Say you want to take 30mg. 20 in the morning 10 later on. All 30 in the morning . 15 morning 15 night. What gave you the best results?

i like to split it up only used var once but i would take 10 in the am 10 in the afternoon and another ten at night i think var has a half life of 8-10 hours so you couod take 2 doses i just like to splait up evenlt and spread them out hope thos helps ya

That is the same thing I was thinking. There are som many views on how to take your d-bol. It seems like anavar would be a little easier to dose due to its longer half life. (you should be able to take most or all of it at one dose in the morning) Just wondering what turned out to work the best for all. I just started my anavar the other day. I am using it before my pct. I am taking 20 mg. in the morning an 10 later in the day. Would be nice to hear peoples resutls with different strategies.

I spread it out as per Wellbilt's post. I definitely make sure I take some before bed.

I find 25mg for breakfast & 25mg before bed very tasty!
