i WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU ALL REMEMBER THE THREAD A WHILE BACK ABOUT THE EFFECTS MADE BY USING GINGER ROOT WHILE ON HIGH INTAKES OF PROTIEN? I WAS WONDERING IF ANY OF YOU BROS DO THAT AND NOTICE ANY CHANGES? I TAKE ABOUT 500-1000MG BEFORE EACH LARGE PROTIEN CONSUMPTION (OVER 35G) AND HAVE NOTICED CHANGES BIG TIME. IT IS AN AID IN DIGESTIVE SYSTEM AND IS USED AS A STOMAHC CALMER. TO WHAT I HAVE RESEARCHED IT HELPS BREAK DOWN THE PROTIEN ALOT QUICKER SO THAT YOU DONT SHIT THE REMAINING PROTIEN AWAY OR SO THAT IT DOESNT GET USED PROPERLY. ANYWAY, I WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP OR SEE WHO ALL DOES THIS. AND IT IS A CHEAP SUPPLEMENT TO TAKE EVEN IF LITTLE CHANGES ARE NOTICED ($3 FOR 120 TABS) ANYWAY, HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
 
Ginger root works great for me. Normally when I'm on cycle I have to purchase black boxer briefs but with ginger root I can wear white ones with no problems.
 
lol i think that with how cheap it is everyone should at least try it out or do thier won research about it. i mean the shit really works. I feel less bloated from the breaking down of the protien process going much quicker when taking the ginger root. anyway just a little bit of my .02
