I just finished a 10 week light cycle of 200 eq 2 weeks ago,I also took proviron for ten days following my last shot(? tried to get harder),My question is that I just took 200mg of test e. on monday and I want to know if I should do 400 a week in split doses for 5 weeks and what you think my results will be,and if its really bad what I am doing by not giving my body enough time to recover. I was also planning on following the cycle with your recovery recomendation,and stay off until ??? you tell me doc. what you think I should do to make it better. thanks

A 10-DAY RECOVERY WITH PROVIRON? INADEQUATE.

IT IS BAD THAT YOU DID NOT GIVE YOUR BODY TIME TO RECOVER. WHAT YOU AHVE DONE IS CREATED ONE LONG CYCLE--WHICH I DO NOT ADVOCATE. MY CLIENTS AND I AHVE BEEN SUCCESSFULW ITH EIGHT WEEK AAS CYCLES FOLLOWED BY EIGHT-WEEK RECOVERY CYCLES. THEYA RE SAFE AND EFFECTIVE. AND THEY CAN BE REPEATED OVER AND OVER (UNTIL YOU HAVE NOTHING TO RECOVERY). TEST ENANTHATE IS BEST TAKEN ONCE WEEKLY, ALL 400MG AT ONCE.

what should I do then? should I continue,and if I do you think I am not going to mess up my endocrine system.

Just stop whatever AAS you are doing and go right into the PCT. All I can say is my clients have great success with eight week AAS cycles followed by eight-week PCT.
