Question about ZMA & Norabol

I noticed on my bottle of norabol that it says to take on an empty stomach 2-3 times daily, (which sucks) But i also take ZMA which is: Take on an empty stomach before bedtime. Does anyone know if i can take teh ZMA and Norabol at the same time?

P.S. The reason i ask is because i know you arent supposed to take the ZMA and Multi-Vit at the same time.

Excuse my ignorance, but what is norabol and zma?
I thought norabol was a prohormone.

Thanks for the reply but i LOVE the ZMA it works great, helps me sleep and i have seen gains. Are you taking AS? because most people that hate on ZMA are taking AS (which at this time i have no access to ) and the results from ZMA compared to AS might be crap but I like em

MaxBiceps they are both prohormones the ZMA is Zinc and Mag asparated so taht your body absorbs it properly, as ive said above i love the results. I am just starting on the Norabol so i cant really give any input on it.

have you read the article in mens fitness on ZMA??? Personally I trust what they say and iam telling you from personal experience that it works! How can you tell me it doesnt when i have experienced its benefits?
