Question about trip to Mexico

My friend is going on a cruise, he's flying to New Orleans and picking up a cruise there. He's going to be stopping in mexico I think there Progresso and Cozumel(not sure on the spelling) So he was wondering how hard is it to bring shit back in the plane? If you guys could help me out if he goes I'm giving him an order. And if there is any other instructions to follow while down there

When I flew to Cancun bringing back gear was no problem! Packed the vials in my pants pockets and then had my pants at the bottom of my suitcase with all kinds of crap on top! Pills/tabs I put in a aspirin bottle...was never checked! Best place to look is at a Vet. down there....pretty cheap and you can get good deals!
