I just transacted 1k karma points to get rid of Meantime1's bombs, but he's still in the black, albeit the bombs are gone.

But the point was to get rid of being blacked out.

Is that a glitch in the system, or the way its supposed to work?

No, that's a bug - the black out is supposed to go too. Can you post a link to one of his posts so we can fix it?
