Question about supplements

A woman who is a trainer at my gym swears that apex makes the best supplements. Does anyone know anything about Apex or is this woman just trying to push the gyms supplements?

Apex is bullshit. They are trying to push that shit at my gym bro. The gym gets a cut, the trainers get a cut... it's all about their cuts, not yours.

Just stick with the basics... I go with Isopure by Nature's Best...
