question about selling tickets on ebay

Anyway, my radiohead tickets just got handed to me by a magical FedEx employee.
I have 4, and only need two.
I've asked my friends and they aren't up for it.
I'm tempted to just give them to people (latona), but even they don't seem that interested...

does anyone know the legality of selling them on ebay?
I don't really want to be out $80.

Different states have different laws on selling tickets. But, I seriously doubt you will get into any trouble by selling them on EBay.

I've bought several tickets off Ebay from sellers who were in states where scalping was illegal.

Go on Ebay and do a search for tickets sellers from your state. If others are selling tickets from your state, I don't see why you would have any problem.

As far as I can tell, it's completely OK to sell tickets on eBay.. Tool tickets for a theater in LA sold out in 12 minutes or something, and half an hour later pairs of tickets are up to $200.. they're now selling for close to $700. So scalp on..
