Question about research kit??

I have a question about a research kit from universalkits.com. In the product list for the 200 mL kit it says that it includes 30 mL "dissolving solution", which i realize is a mixture of BA and BB and whatever else. My question is this: In the recipe I have it calls for 5 mL BA and 15 mL BB per 100 mL. So should I find another site and order the oils separately or is this 30 mL of "dissolving solution" enough for all 200 mL. Thank you in advance for your help.

first off, i wouldn't order from them, not a quality site. Heard lots of complaints. Order from Fina Farm and don't worry about the 5 ml and 15 ml of solution mix, the dissolving solution will be in these combo's, usually.
