Question about recovery time

Hi guys and gals, I have been reading the posts on elite for some time but only recently became a member.

My question is this- What is the logic behind on time = off time. I would think that as soon as your body is producing test at it's normal range that you could begin your next cycle.

Example- A guy does 1g of test per week for 10 weeks and does hcg and clomid post cycle. He goes to the doctor and has his blood drawn. His test levels are still a little low 3 weeks after the end of the cycle, so he waits. The next week he is tested and every thing is back to par. Shouldn't it be O.K. for him to start his next cycle?

This is only an example, in fact he may need to be off for more than 10 weeks before his test levels are back to normal.

Normal test levels=time to start next cycle (regardless of how long it takes) yes or no?

Yes, but how long is long enough. Does anyone know about studies done. Personal experience would also be helpful, thanks.

it depends on what sides you are trying to relieve your body from. Your test levels can repair, but what about your liver, kidneys, blood pressure, and stress on the prostate .

These are the things i like to give a rest. take that time off to detox the rest of your body.

From those of us who have used, I think most everyone would agree with me that the longer you wait - the better. No need to rush into another cycle. You have to make your gains solid, and that includes getting your natural levels back. Then there is the receptor issue. I know I responded better when I took 6 months off, opposed to 2. Try it and get yourself tested, however its not just about having normal T-levels, there is alot of other factors that play into it...

btw - your location is almost offensive.

past experience is always helpful but blood work may tell us more.

Test levels, liver values, and everything else that is effected by gear, except receptor information, that is something i don't really know if tests can tell us.

I am not saying take less time. The blood work may indicate that much more time is needed then was originally thought. Everyone responds differently so individual analysis is warranted.

would love to see some scientific literature on this.

As far as what my location reads, if two more people complain then I will gladly change it. Even if it breaks your daughter's heart
