Can you have naturally high levels of free test and still be unable to put on muscle easily?

Interesting question. Is there a correlation between the classic endos & ectos and test levels? Does anyone know. I'm going to guess there isn't, and body type is a big factor as well.

great question.................Would love to see somthing on this.

Theroetically, yes.

Theoretically, yes, you could have high levels of free test and still not be able to put on muscle easily. You could also have even higher levels of cortisol whih would have a catabolic effect equal to or greater than the anabolic effect of high free test. You could also have naturally low levels of muscle androgen receptor which would limit the amount of growth. You could also have defective receptors that don't respond as well (or even not at all -- a syndrome called complete androgen resistence). Finally, testosterone is not the only determinant of muscle growth.

I am somewhat dumb when it comes to AS so please forgive me for asking a stupid question...but are the possibilites you mention the reason there are so many different types of steroids? Also, low test is considered a medical condition. Are the other hormones you mentioned part of a condition?
