background:
-I took 3-4 months off lifting
-came back to gym started this cycle: (i am about 8-9 weeks in)
1. Test Enth. 600mg/wk
2. tren ace 50mg/day (will be done this by week 11)
3. Anavar 60mg/day (ran from wk 6 - 10)
4. Winstrol 50mg/day (started 3 days ago - will run for 50 days)
** yes I know I am running var and winstrol for about 10 days overlap.. I just couldn't wait to start the winstrol..)
stats: 5'9" 220lbs (body fat around 10% but not sure exactly what)
diet: taking in approx. 300 - 350 grams protien (maybe 400 some days). watching my carbs big time. no sweets. overall diet is pretty good.
no real other supps. multi vit. omega 3's, B-12 shots.
question. since I started I am up about 8-10 pounds. I have leaned out yes and cut up yes. I am MUCH bigger and stronger.
once I started the var though (and now winstrol) I expected to start loosing weight - burning fat. but that has not happened.
question, now that I started the winstrol, is it logical to assume I should start loosing weight?
I guess I just expected to loose weight rather then gain it. I know muscle weighs more than fat, and I have cut up. but once the tren is done and its just test and winstrol, should I start to see the scale go down?
I have compartment syndrome in calves so cardio is on the bike. 30min/day at end of workout.
I know it may be difficult to answer this but just looking for your thoughts I guess. I will try and post pics -I will have to get my girlfriend to take them - are they hard to upload?
