question about making fina

anyone ever skip the coffee filter step and use like 6 GDX .45filters instead to filter...??

If it has fully settle, and you draw up only the clear oil then it will work. It will be slightly difficult to press it through a whatman though....or at least I have problems doing so.

yeah i didnt even let it settle i just heated it up with warm faucet water and the filters kept clogging so i went through like 6 however the final product is clear fina looks good and its been sitting over night twice so far still looks clear yellow fina so i think im good to go what do you think?
