Question about ice cream.

Ok....My question is as we all know some vanilla ice cream is white in color and some vanilla ice cream is yellow in color. What is the difference and what is the name of each kind?

the richer the ice cream (more egg yolks & cream) the less white it is ex. french vanilla

...unless it's super cheap stuff then it's caused by artificial color & flavoring

Real French Vanilla typically is MORE yellow in color

Natural Vanilla Ice Cream has those little black specks from the Vanilla Beans ground up.
