Question about HRT/TRT

Been looking at alot of medical literature regarding hypogonadism. Every site that lists the symptoms I have with the exception of erectile dysfunction. I have been having alot of problems ever since I was about thirty, currently thirty three. Considering going to a doctor to get a blood test to see where I am it. I know that most men start experiencing lower levels of testosterone by age thirty. Can some people be genetically pre-disposed to having lower levels of testerone as they age than others? When I go to the doctor, should I see a specialist, such as an endocrinologist or aging specialist? Will some internists or family practioners diagnose and treat this? I have seen some links to online aging specialists but money is tight and insurance is probably going to have to pay for it, if it can be justified. FYI, in pretty good shape, eat right and exercise, haven't used any performance enhancing drugs that could have altered my testosterone production.

Find an Anti-aging DR affiliated with major hospital in your area. His/her fees will probably be covered by insurance.

Start with blood testing that includes teso and esto levels. PSA also. You are looking for out of range values that are clues as to what is wrong.

It will be easy to obtain a prescription for a topical application of testo at a dosage of 100 mg p/w. Take it for about 90 days and note the changes in your health. Then you can begin to consider a full HRT program knowing that you will respond. Take it slow.

Direct your questions to the DR after having a full evaluation. The answers to the questions you submitted are Yes, but maybe not for you.
