question about grilled chicken

hi people.
i am on high protein diet now :) and wanna ask u guys how bad is chciken from boston market?
and second question: do u eat skin from chicken when u are on keto diet?

grilled chicken is good for both cutting and for a good protein source

but don't eat the skin (too much fat)
 
Boston market chicken/turkey are cooked rotisserie style, so there may be a little more fat that seeps into the meat from the skin. On a keto diet, that's not a problem though. :-) I still wouldn't eat the skin though - there are better sources for fat.

so on keto diet is OK to eat fatty skin?
 
everything in moderation. I'm on a keto-style diet, but I keep my fats to minimum, but it's ok as long as you don't eat too much fat. Everything in moderation. You can always find out what works best for you by incorporating into your diet, and seeing what results you get. And adjusting
