Ok, I have been doing some research on the number of overdose deaths and DUI's in Orange County, FL which turned up some interesting statistics. The reason for the research is that I was curious whether the anti rave act that was passed in 1997 actually did any good. As I suspected, it didn't do any good at all and overdose fatalities and DUI's have actually increased. This may be relative to the increasing population but the stats clearly show that it hasn't done any good. All the act has done it effectively kill Orlando's nightlight. What would be the best course of action to attempt to repeal this? I'm sure the chances of this actually happening or slim to none but if the media got the info, who knows what could happen
