I guess I only wanted to specify it's objectively 'breaking a written law'...I realize that some illegal activities are much more devastating and harmful in their effects than others -- which might seem relatively innocuous, by way of comparison with the former kinds...

I intended to mean something less subjective than, say, "you ******* you hurt my feelings!!!" or whatever...
