question about eye contacts

i have been wearing acuvue 2's for about 2 years. I have had problems with them off and on. The main problem is that my eyes can't breath well. My eyes will get very dry, sometimes just 3 hours after putting the contacts in. I have heard there are better brands out there that allow your eyes to breath better. Anyone have any ideas? I have to order a new box of contacts this week and I want to switch.

Well I know that Hard Contact let your eyes breath, but you'll always feel them in your eyes. I wore those for 7 years and I've been on soft lenses for 3. I would never go back.

You might want to talk to your eye person, or the place where you buy them. I'm sure there is something there for you.
