for your needs, the following will do wonders for you.
1) Test E at 250 each week.
2) Var at 50 every day
Not knwoign how long your school is, I can't suggest any cycle lengths. BUT, If your school is say 12 weeks, then run the test the entire time and stop the var at week 7 or 8.
As suggested above run arimidex ED to help with estrogen and bloat and FYI, you had better be drinking a CRAP LOAD OF WATER EVERY SINGLE DAY. This summer heat, your fire fighting gear (which doesn't breath at all) and the typical recruit training will suck the water clean out of you. YOU HAD BETTER DRINK A CRAP LOAD OF WATER AND SOME GATORADE EVERY SINGLE DAY. AT LEAST 1 GALLON
