If I have an elitefitness email account, will the secure email I send from my EF email account still be secure if it is sent to and read by someone who doesn't have an EF email account (say they have aol)? The reason for this is that some people from EF have been contacting me not with EF secure email, but from their email accounts like yahoo and aol email.

you have to use public key encryption and send the contents encrypted to someone else with the proper decrypting program if you're going from one server to another.
