Egg yolks are high in cholesterol. But lecithin is a substance that dissolves cholesterol. It is even found in egg yolks. Now we know eggs are high in protein. I want to know if it is safe to eat a dozen eggs a day, including the yolk and supplement lecithin and not have to worry about high cholesterol. There have been a report that says there are no proof egg yolks are dangerous. What is everyone's take on this? I want to eat about a dozen eggs a day, but i'm i risking my health and will lecithin help me?
