I take 1 tablesppon of flax and 1 tablspoon of hemp oil at my last meal at around 7:30pm Wondering if this was ok to do so late in the day. And also wondered if this would make it hard to cut up.
Doesn't help me to sleep at all. I'm not concerned about sleep. I'm concerned about staying fuckng lean. Not getting all mushy and semi, wannabe, kind of sort of I work out physique.
