Hey guys I want to thank you again and I'm really glad i didn't juice. Its been harder to gain weight since i started but I have put on around 10 pounds in 3 weeks I think thats pretty good. My bench has gone up as well as everything else. I'm eating around 4,000 cal a day. but for some reason last week i could only eat around 3,000 day why do you think that is ?? Is it that i've been eating 5k cal to 4kcal a day for like 3 months now i just needed a week to just not worry about it and cut down a lil. I get good results when i work out straight for like a month and then not worry about it as much for a week and then explode back into it. It gives me some fat to work off and relace it with muscle anyway tell me what you think. Thanks
