question about dbol and gyno?

my friend and i are presently on sust @ 500mg/week and 25 mg of dbol ED(for the 1st 4 weeks)...my q,is that he's been feeling itchy nips and inflammation has occured as well...should he just stop the dbol or does he need to include nolva to subside symptoms...?if so,would 20 mg's ED be enough?in addition,once the symptoms subside,does he need to continue nolva...the sust has not affected him in the past!!!-fyi-thx for all help...

you should always start nolvadex at the signs of itchy nipples. he might want to take arimidex too if you have that.

40mg day first week, 20 mg day after that is a recommended dose of nolvadex.

im not sure how true it is, but i have heard arimidex can reverse gyno. so he may want to take that too.

he has already seized the dbol...what i need to know is will the gyno symptoms subside by stopping the dbol or does he really need nolva for help...i beleive that just by seizing the dbol,he will be fine in a few days...but i just want more opinions...

Probably, but it isn't something that I'd take a chance on.

Personally speaking I would stop the cycle because even then, Sust with it's extensive half-life can be a nightmare for people prone to gyno especially if you are currently symptomatic but I know that it's an occupational hazard for some and just has to be put up with! My advice would be to use Clomid or Nolva for the rest of the cycle and I know it's expensive but I would definately get some Arimidex or Liqudex!

thx for the advice...i guess nolva is a must at this point...but he never got gyno from sust alone...fyi--

Nolva is the best at this point. Liqidex/amiridex will do shit for the estrogen already in his body....Nolva will be much better in the short run to block the sites!

id say continue the cycle but add nolva and from my experiences you should be ok. im jsut waiting for my nips to get soft cause im on d-bol also, keep nolva on hand at all times!!!

THX FOR ALL HELP BROS...buddy took 20 mg yesterday and it seems that inflammation is already subsiding...!thx
