question about court date....

I am being charge for poss. of AS i am in circuit court.... some guy that i know got busted for X a few days after me and i think he is trying to rat on me...... was just wondering during court date they cant add any charges or bring up any new evidence against you correct ??

Bad news, bro

Generally, if the State's investigation gives "probable cause" concerning other, uncharged crimes, they can file additional charges if they're so inclined. On the bright side, some busted X dealer's word may not be enough to establish probable cause.
